A young and successful architect Karthik(Arya),finds Sandhya (Trisha) his love.In a leading hospital Sandhya,not only beautiful,also professionally challenging as a paediatrician practicing.Karthik's love for Sandhya make him visit the hospital number of times.
But the love story takes a tragic turn.He has a task at hand - to find 10-year-old Iman (Rohan) - to keep his flame alive.In his trail he realizes that the boy is encountering danger. How Karthik (Arya) saves the boy's life to bring back his happiness and why he does that forms the crux of the story........The much-awaited Arya-Trisha starrer 'Sarvvam'has finally hit the screen.Trisha and Arya share a great onscreen chemistry even when the characteristions lack lustre.Director Vishnuvardhan has taken effort to connect two different stories on the movie 'Sarvvam'(Tamil).The story is fraying in many parts.JD Chakravarthy has done justice to his character and Indrajit makes a clean debut in Kollywood.Most of the shots picturised in Munnar.First half more enjoyable, but the second half seems dull and distant.Overall is a treat to the eyes with great camera work.
