In many respects Guzaarish is an unusual film because it follows a film craft.Sanjay Leela Bhansali,film maker and his cinematographer (Sudeep Chatterjee) have created a collage of riveting paintings on screen.Literally the interiors of a crumbling mansion and the outsides of an incandescent Goa landscape transport you to an art gallery.Catch Hrithik and Aishwarya enjoying a drive down the uninhibited Goan countryside.
The movie is about a very talented magician played by Hrithik Roshan.He got severly paralyzed and had to stay in bed for 12 long years due to a fatal accident.What happened next to Him? even after these 12 years? That’s the movie is all about.
There were some flaws though Guzaarish is one of the best hindi movies ever.Specially the last patr of the movie.The total movie was great.The last part was too straight and the climax was scatered. In fact, every body will wait for something to happen but the movie went on and it ended to surprise!If it would have had a twist or a whole different story ending,it would have been a masterpiece.
The story is very much touchy.The movie was more of a drama,not too refined to hit the heart.In the whole course the story tend to involve all of Hrithik, Aishwarya and Aditya , yet it failed to make the climax.
Bhansali told, “It’s a very unique subject. It has been handled very, very sensitively, specially by the actors and their performances. We have taken care that it’s done gently, correctly because it’s a very important debate.”
